Our Story

Founded in 1996, David Garner Construction started as a part-time home builder in Cache Valley, Utah. David Garner, a devoted family man, was driven by a genuine desire to serve his community, providing quality craftsmanship in every project.

Over the years, David grew his business into a reputable name in the construction industry. Eventually, he passed the torch to his son, Randy, a skilled framer. Randy shares his father's love and passion for serving clients, making the company feel like home. Although now retired, Dave remains an integral part of the family business, utilizing his expertise in siding and trim work.

Today, Randy continues the tradition of quality and integrity, evolving the family business into a comprehensive service provider known as Garner Construction and Development. We specialize in premium exterior siding, custom home building, large equipment rentals, crane operation services, and land development.
